Prices and Payment Terms

Advance Payment

If you choose advance payment, you will receive an email confirmation with our bank details immediately after submitting your order. When making the transfer, please ensure you include your order number in the reference field; this is the only way we can allocate your payment. Once the payment has been received in our bank account, your delivery will be immediately forwarded to our shipping department. Please note that, depending on the bank, it may take 2–4 business days for your payment to be credited to our account. If we do not receive payment within 10 business days, we will cancel the order.

PayPal

You can also pay easily and quickly with PayPal. At the end of the order process, you will be redirected directly to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you have the option to check out as a guest or open a PayPal account.
As soon as we have received your payment, your delivery will be forwarded to our shipping department and your order will be shipped.
Please note that we have no influence on processing errors by PayPal.

Credit Card & SEPA Direct Debit

You can also pay conveniently and securely by credit card or direct debit. The online payment system is equipped with the highest possible security mechanisms. The entire processing of your payment is carried out via our Saferpay provider SIX PAYMENT SERVICES.
For this reason, during the order process, you will be redirected to the SIX PAYMENT SERVICES system to enter your data. All communication is, of course, encrypted. After completing the payment process, you will automatically be redirected back to our shop.
Your account will be debited upon completion of the order.
