Demarés - Mask Serum
Demarés has developed the Mask Serum especially for stressed skin in need of recovery. Particularly rich in nutrients, it strengthens skin cells and stimulates collagen synthesis. Valuable almond oil and shea butter provide intensive deep care and strengthen the skin barrier. The result: More nourished, smoother and refined skin – and that already after the first application.
Application:
Apply the mask visibly to the face, neck and décolleté and wash off after approx. 20 minutes. Then apply the serum and one of the Demarés creams. The mask can be applied over the serum and left on the skin overnight.
Demarés Philosophy
Fascinated by the wild beauty of Mallorca, the boundless expanse of the sea that meets rugged cliffs and untouched landscapes, Uschi Unsinn-Zebergs developed a deep connection to this most contrasting island in the Mediterranean early on. An island that, like no other, understands how to open itself to modernity and yet knows how to preserve its natural, original beauty. Since her first holiday in Mallorca, the cosmetics expert has been enthusiastic about the harmonious balance of contrasts. About the pulsating life in the streets and the wild, untouched nature – both seem to merge seamlessly into one another.
In 2015, Uschi Unsinn-Zebergs finally founded her cosmetics company Love Living Portixol S.L.U on the island. Mallorca is her source of inspiration, where she wants to realise her dream of combining the treasures of the Mediterranean, the valuable essences of Mallorcan plants – and developing high-quality care from them with the help of modern techniques. Her cosmetic line also aims to combine naturalness and modernity to create something unique in perfect harmony. A short time later, she received valuable support for this project from cosmetic creator Bernd Kuhs. He also shares her firm conviction that Mallorca carries the secret of beauty in its landscape. Here, in the Mediterranean climate, plants grow whose ingredients are valuable treasures for the care of demanding skin. But both know: The active ingredients alone are no guarantee for highly effective skin care.
Only the right texture can effectively deliver the ingredients into the skin and allow them to unfold their maximum potential. A revolutionary, microbiological process developed by Kuhs finally provides the solution. It enables the production of a membrane structure that is very similar to the natural structure of the skin. The active ingredients can thus be transported much more easily into the skin layer and develop their full effect there. At Uschi Unsinn-Zebergs' suggestion, this membrane structure was further refined, making it possible to completely dispense with artificial and chemical excipients such as parabens, emulsifiers, preservatives and colourants. At the end of this refining process, the basis for the first jointly developed cosmetic line was finally created – Demarés – The Mediterranean Skincare was born.
