But how do you create a modern yet unobtrusive musk fragrance? This ingredient is almost exclusively used naturally when imported from Tibet – everywhere else, musk is almost unaffordable. In most cases, however, only synthetic production remains. "Fleur de Peau" is a blend of a hint of iris, combined with a splash of bergamot and Italian mandarin, as well as a handful of pink peppercorns and aldehydes – a wonderful combination and an unusual contrast at the same time. The carefully selected musk substances alternately appear leathery, powdery, or fruity and are crowned with Turkish roses and an amber nuance, making this fragrance another unique DIPTYQUE creation.
