How come everyone who makes candles has a figurine in their collection? We don't know. But we do know that when you smell our fig, you'll understand why we have one. It's not pure fig oil, but a mixture of fig oil and black scum, so tempting you'll want to eat the wax. Please refrain from doing so.
Our candles are crafted with a high concentration of fragrance oils, a custom blend of waxes, and natural fiber wicks to ensure a wonderful scent experience. Carefully hand-poured in the USA, these candles are packaged in glass jars and placed in our classic Kraftbox.
Le Labo was born in Grasse, the perfume capital of the French Riviera. It grew up in New York, the city where we opened our first lab on Elizabeth Street in Nolita in February 2006. We work with a community of artisans who shape our world: the flower growers, the local family businesses, the candlemakers, and the craftspeople who work with recycled wood. We strive to enrich people's lives by creating unique sensory experiences. Our craft is deeply rooted in slow perfumery. At the heart of our collection are our gender-neutral perfumes and candles, but we also offer sensual formulas for body, hair, and face, as well as a skincare line.
