The Frankincense Collection
Frankincense has a long and versatile history in Oman. Primarily, it is used as an unmistakable perfuming ingredient. The exceptional resin is also known for stimulating and purifying body, mind, and soul. In April, during harvest season, the aroma of fresh frankincense fills the entire area of Salalah in the Dhofar Mountains. Salalah is known as the "Fragrance Capital of Arabia" because of its frankincense. A place where generations of frankincense collectors pass on the tradition to younger ones.
