Parfums de Marly presents its new men's fragrance: Sedley. A sophisticated blend of classic and modern. Julien Sprecher, the founder of Parfums de Marly, has always been a proponent of combining contrasting concepts, in keeping with the tradition of a perfumer with a sense of clean and contemporary aesthetics.
Sedley's olfactory origins become tangible the moment opposites merge into harmony. Precious raw materials meet innovative molecules. The lightness of citrus fruits underscores the power of mint. Hivernal Neo – a fresh lily-of-the-valley note – creates a new impression of water. Sedley is bright, striking, and fresh. Hot and cold. Two focal points in a transparent bottle, an addictive interplay of contrasts that invigorates the skin. Perfumers Hamid Merati-Kashani and Olivier Cresp (Firmenich) created this contrasting composition – as is typical for Parfums de Marly – using exceptional ingredients such as the rarest essences and most refined extracts.
Top note: A touch of citrus freshness bathes the skin in light. Bergamot, spearmint, aquatic accord.
Heart note: The shade and heat of an abundance of aromatics create a surprise. Geranium Bourbon, lavender, sunny notes.
Base note: The base reveals the perfect and characteristic woody notes of Parfums de Marly: sandalwood, white musk, and Vulcain frankincense.
