Allow the candle to burn completely until the surface is liquid before first use. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and do not move it while it is burning or the wax is still liquid. Extinguish the candle with the lid, trim the wick regularly to 3-5 mm, and keep it centered. Do not place a burning candle in direct contact with any surface, and do not allow it to burn for more than 3 hours at a time.
